This molasses addition system is designed for precise molasses dosing into mixers or pellet mills during feed production. It is widely applicable in poultry, livestock, and ruminant feed to enhance palatability and nutritional value. The system features a high degree of automation, ease of operation, and is suitable for continuous production in modern feed mills.

The system mainly consists of the following parts:
Steam-Water Heat Exchange Tank: Heats water medium, maintaining temperature below 80°C via temperature control
Molasses Storage Tank: Built-in heating coil to control molasses temperature below 40°C, equipped with level control and filtration
Pipeline System: Includes pumps, valves, flow meters, etc., ensuring stable conveyance
Electrical Control System: Uses PLC and HMI for PID automatic control and parameter setting

The system is packaged in separate parts. Key components (such as level gauges and heaters) should be detached before transport to avoid damage. For long-term storage, place in a dry, ventilated area, and apply anti-rust treatment to exposed metal surfaces.
